GASKETED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS

In a gasketed plate heat exchanger, the plates are fitted with elastomeric gaskets which seal the channels and direct the fluids into alternate channels. The plate pack is assembled between a frame plate and a pressure plate, and compressed by tightening bolts fitted between these plates.

The channel plates and the pressure plate are suspended from an upper carrying bar and located by a lower guiding bar, both of which are fixed to the support column. The physical design of the gasketed plate heat exchanger allows easy cleaning, and modification of capacity by the addition or removal of plates.

CEES India has developed herringbone plates upto 4mm gaps with Port sizes ranging from 30NB upto 500NB. This is the largest range of plates sizes being pressed in India. These plates are of both types - Low NTUs and High NTUs to cater to markets such as Power, Oil and Gas, HVAC, Datacenters, Pharmaceutical, Dairy and Edible oil industries. With the installation of India's largest Hydraulic press of 20,000Ton Capacity, CEES endeavors to produce innovative plates for sunrise industries as well.

CEES WIDEGAP (FREE-FLOW) RANGE

Patented design for highly viscous applications

CEES India has developed Widegap Freeflow range plates ranging from 8mm to 14mm Plate gap specially designed for highly viscous slurry applications such as corn slurry. These patented plates have thoughtful features embedded in the design to reduce fouling and choking frequency. Apart from that, mechanical features inbuilt within its plates and gaskets makes it immune to pressure shocks from systems that could possibly lead to gasket failure. CEES India is the only company that offers these plates in 200NB, 250NB and 350NB port sizes making selection of product based on economics more flexible.

Robotically laser welded for corrosive applications

CEES India has indigenously developed Robotically laser welded semi-welded range used for corrosive applications predominantly in Chemical Industry. With careful vetting of laser welding procedures, CEES has mastered the manufacturing of the same in all Material of constructions even exotic materials to cater to the entire requirements of the chemical industry. The range of Plates are of port size 65NB, 100NB and 200NB with plate gaps of 4mm.
